Real people. Real pages.

After every session, Jitendra keeps a memory book on the table — no prompts, no scripts. Whoever wants to write, writes. What follows is that book, page by page: rose petals, ribbon and all, exactly as it was left behind.

Many of these were written late at night, in rehab centres and community halls, moments after a session ended — some in Hindi, some in English, some in the shorthand of a person still finding their words. We've left the pages exactly as they are, and translated a few lines beneath the ones not in English.

Handwritten note from — Sorry, Sir 💙
Suggestion: please don't stop the meditation, sir — it's irritating sometimes, but please always bring the chocolates, they're our comfort! Before, we used to carry so much tension — now our doubts get answered and it won't irritate us. We won't say it out loud, but we'll keep it close to heart.— Sorry, Sir 💙
