About these terms

These terms apply when you buy books, counselling sessions, memberships or tutorial videos from this website (the Store). By paying, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so please keep it private. Each account is for one person and may not be shared.

What you're buying

Books and videos are licensed to you, not sold. You may read or watch them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, record or distribute them.

Sessions are services delivered by Jitendra Duggal, in person in Panvel or online. The time is agreed with you after payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India. Your card, UPI and bank details go to them directly; we never see or store them.

Your order is confirmed only once the payment has been confirmed.

Memberships

A membership renews automatically at the price and interval shown, through the UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate you authorise. You can cancel at any time from My library. Cancelling stops future charges and ends access to members' content. See the refund policy for details.

Not emergency or medical care

The sessions, books and videos offer education and counselling support. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, supervised detoxification or emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Changes and availability

We may change prices or withdraw items. This never affects something you have already bought.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any item is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
