Nothing is shipped
Everything in the Store is digital, or is a service. There is no physical delivery and no delivery charge.
Books
Your download is available as soon as the payment is confirmed, which usually takes a few seconds. You'll find it on the confirmation page and permanently in My library.
Tutorial videos
Videos play in your browser from My library as soon as the payment is confirmed. You need an internet connection to watch.
Memberships
Access starts when your payment mandate is authorised. With UPI AutoPay this is normally immediate. Some banks take up to a day to approve a mandate.
Counselling sessions
After payment, we contact you on WhatsApp within one working day to agree a date and time. Sessions are in person in Panvel, or online.
If something doesn't arrive
If your access hasn't appeared 30 minutes after a successful payment, contact us with your order reference and we'll sort it out.
